The BRIDGESMEs project focuses on the Aerospace & Defence sectors, with Aerospace Valley as one of its consortium members.
Co-funded by the Horizon Europe programme, the project aims to support European SMEs in five industrial ecosystems by rethinking business models and operations to become more resilient, sustainable, and human-centric. Specifically, BRIDGESMEs will facilitate the creation of alliances between manufacturing SMEs and tech-savvy SMEs and start-ups. It will also accelerate the market implementation of innovative solutions and enhance cooperation between clusters to support SMEs across different value chains.
A survey has recently launched to gather input from European SMEs about the challenges they face in adopting technological solutions. The survey results will be crucial for the Five Industrial Ecosystems Needs Assessment, which will identify the needs and critical issues SMEs encounter with technology adoption and inform all project activities.
Survey participants will gain access to the survey results and receive updates on project activities, including open calls for business support services and opportunities to participate in hackathons and matchmaking events.
